Commercial administrative restructuring in the Distributor Jorge Mario Uribe G.-S.A., in the agency Bogotá, D.C.

In the present work, an administrative commercial restructuring was carried out where the various tools of Industrial Engineering were used to diagnose and determine the appropriate strategies that help to improve the business and administrative processes of the organization. This restructuring was carried out by means of four chapters, the first was an external and internal diagnosis of the company where it was possible to identify the strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities of the organization, the second a market study where a respective analysis of the clients and the products managed by this agency was carried out in order to be able to establish a research of the administrative and thus to establish a third party feasibility.En el presente trabajo se realizó una restructuración comercial administrativa en donde se utilizaron las diversas herramientas de la Ingeniería Industrial con el fin de diagnosticar evaluar y determinar las estrategias adecuadas que ayuden a mejorar los procesos comerciales y administrativos de la organización. Esta reestructuración se realizó por medio de cuatro capítulos, el primero fue un diagnóstico externo e interno de la compañía en donde se pudo identificar las fortalezas, amenazas, debilidades y oportunidades de la organización, el segundo un estudio de mercado en donde se realizó un respectivo análisis de los clientes y los productos que maneja esta agencia para así poder elaborar una investigación de mercado acorde a la organización, el tercero un estudio administrativo en el cual se analizó la parte administrativa de la organización para así poder establecer estrategias de mejora y el cuarto un estudio financiero que permitió determinar la viabilidad y factibilidad de esta reestructuración comercial y administrativa.Distribuidora Jorge Mario Uribe G.- S.A
