Conceptions and approaches to learning problems in the school health program: a problematization from the health-medicine-education relationship

El articulo presenta un análisis crítico acerca de las concepciones y abordajes de los problemas de aprendizaje en el “Programa Salud al Colegio”, particularmente en la –Ruta de atención para Población con Necesidades Educativas Especiales-, para lo cual vale aclarar que el programa se deriva de la alianza entre la Secretaría Distrital de Salud y la Secretaría de Educación para la intervención a “población vulnerable” en concordancia con el conjunto de políticas públicas en educación trazadas por el Gobierno Distrital para la Ciudad de Bogotá. El proyecto de investigación se desarrolló durante los años 2007 – 2008 y fue presidido por estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, Licenciatura en Psicología y Pedagogía. Los referentes para el desarrollo de la propuesta son los momentos, actores y escenarios involucrados en la formulación e implementación del Programa Salud al Colegio; en consecuencia, la propuesta permitió constituir un aporte psicopedagógico para la labor de los docentes en instituciones educativas públicas, por cuanto se propone una reconceptualización de la visión de la pedagogía frente a la relación salud-educación.The article presents a critical analysis about the conceptions and approaches of the learning problems in the "Health Program to the School", particularly in the -Route of attention for Population with Special Educational Needs-, for which it is worth clarifying that the program derives from the alliance between the District Department of Health and the Ministry of Education for the intervention to "vulnerable population" in accordance with the set of public education policies drawn up by the District Government for the City of Bogotá. The research project was developed during the years 2007 - 2008 and was chaired by students of the Faculty of Education of the National Pedagogical University, Bachelor of Psychology and Pedagogy. The references for the development of the proposal are the moments, actors and scenarios involved in the formulation and implementation of the Health to School Program; consequently, the proposal made it possible to constitute a psycho-pedagogical contribution to the work of teachers in public educational institutions, since it proposes a reconceptualization of the vision of pedagogy in relation to the health-education relationship
