In the thesis, adaptive controller is applied to optimize the operation of grid-connected inverter under varying grid conditions. Adaptive control is based on the real-time measurements of grid impedance. The thesis presents an effective power-hardware-in-the-loop method that combines real-time online grid-impedance measurement system and adaptive control of grid-connected inverter
