This thesis presents a detailed study of the angular distance in relativistic astrometry of high precision, i.e. how to define and calculate the angle formed by two light sources such as it is measured by a moving observer. In the first part of this work, we recall the definition of an angular distance, then we show that it is necessary to know only three quantities explicitly at the point of observation : the metric tensor, the motion of the observer and three ratios l̂i. We build the tools allowing to determine these ratios by using the Synge’s world function and by introducing two time transfer functions.
