Salmonella surveillance annual summary 1980

In 1980, 30,004 isolations of Salmonella from humans were reported to the Centers for Disease Control, a decrease of 1,119 isolations (3,6%) from the previous year. Salmonella typhimurlum (including S. typhimurium var.
