The study was performed in 2016 year in Lithuania X farm where blackheaded ewes are being held. The aim of the work was to investigate reference values for lithuanian blacheaded ewes, and compare values with the reference values of different breed sheep. 40 clinically healthy 3 years old ewes were examined. Their blood morphology results were inspected and reference values created. Therefore it was compared with reference values results stated in textbooks Kaneko (2000) and Kramer (2008) in publications by Lepherd et al (2009) merino sheep, Šimpraga et al.
