Types of legal research are used in legal research this is a normative legal research. Normative legal research is research with a focus on legislation. The types of waste that are managed by the Hospital of Condong Catur was liquid waste through the stages of the management of Waste water management Installations (IPAL). solid waste in this case waste B3 in management, the third party who is working with the Hospital of condong catur not doing well as well as for the management of liquid waste itself, installation management systems wastewater (IPAL) outdated so need to do an upgrade or renewal
