PELESTARIAN FUNGSI LINGKUNGAN HIDUP MELALUI KEGIATAN PARIWISATA DI TAMAN HUTAN RAYA BUNDER GUNUNGKIDUL YOGYAKARTA

The title of this research is Environmental Conservation through Tourism Activities in Bunder Great Forest Park, Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. This research is motivated by the absence of liquid waste disposal and management as stated in article 28 letter K of the Republic of Indonesia Forestry Minister’s Regulation Nunber: P.48/Menhut-II/2010 concerning about natural tourism exploitation in animal clan sanctuary, national park, forest park, and nature park. The issues in this research is how environmental conservation through tourism activites in Bunder Great Forest Park Gunungkidul Yogyakarta, what are the obstacles and how is the solution to overcome these obstacles ? This research is uses a type of empirica legal research that focuses on social facts. The result in carrying out environmental conservation through tourism activites in Bunder Great Forest Park Gunungkidul Yogyakarta, there are still some obstacles so that preservation is not perfect and still needs some improvement
