PERDAGANGAN BARANG PALSU IMPOR DI YOGYAKARTA SETELAH DIKELUARKANNYA PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 20 TAHUN 2017

The title of this law research is the trading of counterfeit goods after Government Regulation Number 20 Year 2017 of The Restriction of Imported and Exported Goods that is Presumably The Result of A Violation of Intellectual Property Rights. The enter of the counterfeit goods phenomena, resulting Indonesia to become the trading place of counterfeit goods. Yogyakarta is one of the city where the trading of counterfeit goods take place. The Government Regulation Number 20 Year 2017 provides the authority for the Customs and Excise Officer to apply the record system and prevention process as the effort to prevent counterfeit goods. The efforts is effecting the trading of counterfeit goods in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to know about the trading of counterfeit goods in Yogyakarta after the Government Regulation Number 20 Year 2017 implemented; and to understand the restriction of counterfeit goods in Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is empirical method, that focus on social facts and norms. The result of this research is that the counterfeit goods trading in Yogyakarta will still exist if the imported goods that delivered to Yogyakarta still high. The control of counterfeit goods in Yogyakarta still face obstacles, but also efforts from many parties, especially from The Customs and Excise Officer, The Police and The Department of Industry and Commerce
