In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden drei Verfahren zum Nachweis von Legionella spec. auf ihre Einsatzfähigkeit in belasteten Wässern untersucht. Es werden theoretische Aus-sagen zum Thema Legionellen gemacht sowie die prinzipiellen Grundlagen der Metho-den - Kulturverfahren, ScanVIT® Legionella-Test und LegiolertTM-Test - dargestellt. Die Ergebnisse von untersuchten Kühlwasser- und Abwasserproben werden anschlie-ßend gegenübergestellt
