This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethic, gender, work experience, and education on work productivity employee in BTN Syariah Cabang Yogyakarta. This research is a causal study which aims to find out whether one variable can affect other variables. The sample in this study were 33 respondents using a simple random sampling method. Data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and indirect interviews. Data analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20.
