Researchers of this thesis are both working in service industry so they could see some infirmities in the service industry of Iran. Now this research is focusing on a small part of service industry which is service in 5 star restaurants of Tehran with the goal of preparing useful data in order to help restaurant’s industry’s improvement.At first there are some background reviews of the researches being done about service and restaurant industry.
