Inflytelserika faktorer : Flyktingars upplevelser av den svenska arbetsmarknaden

The purpose of this essay is to examine how adult immigrants experience the integration in to the Swedish society according to some factors. Such as identifying oneself in the labour market, what kind of lifestyle adjustment they had to do and what kind of expectation they hade of Sweden’s labour market for their work experiences before they moved here? My questions are: Which elements can have a positive effect on an immigrant's professional life here in Sweden? What are the reasons that make these factors experienced as hard and as a result causes a negative impact on the integration of the immigrants in the labour market? The study is based on interviews with immigrants, both male and female, aged above 30 years, two interviews are carried out with the Swedish migration board office and integration unit. In the essay I have analyze and compare the interviews to relevant literature and theories. Finally, the results demonstrated that there is a lack of information in the integration, for both the society and labour market.
