LAPORAN PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN PADA DIVISI NIAGA PT PLN (PERSERO) AREA MARUNDA

This report aims to inform practicum activities for two months (2 July 2018 - 31 August 2018) at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Marunda. Practitioners are placed in the Commerce Division especially in the Marketing and Customer Service section. The practice of field work aims to gain knowledge in terms of employment in companies, especially in the field of marketing, and also to gain insights that were not obtained during lectures and empirical experiences. During the Field Work Practice, the practitioner carries out several tasks such as offering new services, making new product offer letters, making Electric Power Sale and Purchase Agreements, analyzing customer data, inputting customer data, offering promos and making questionnaires. With the experience of this work praktikan can describe conclusions that praktikan gain knowledge in terms of work, especially in the field of marketing in the company, then praktikan can improve skills in terms of telemarketing, and praktikan can compare theories obtained in lectures with Field Work Practice
