The purpose of the research are: To know 1) The description of organizational change, organizational culture and employee performance of PT X, 2) To determine whether there is an influence of organizational change on employee performance of PT X, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance of PT X, 4) The research model of organizational change and organizational culture in predicting employee performance of PT X.
