The purpose of this study are: (1) To know the description of financial compensation, job stress, and motivation on employees of PT X. (2) To determine the effect of financial compensation variable to motivation variable in employees of PT X. (3) To know the influence between variables job stress on motivation variable on employees of PT X. (4) To know feasibility of research model as a whole. The research model used in this study used regression analysis. This research was conducted on 125 employees at PT X. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis.
