PENGARUH PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR PERIODE 2011 - 2015

Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2017 This study aims to determine the effect of GDP, Population, and Poverty to Poverty in East Java. The dependent variable used is the Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant prices; Population as measured by population growth annually; The level of community education measured through the community that has a high school education level - Higher Education. This study uses secondary data with population of all people of East Java province in the period 2011-2015. Samples selected based on purposive sampling and the results of 38 City/District on East Java. This research uses multiple regression analysis for hypothesis recovery. T test results show that GRDP does not affect poverty, the population has a significant effect on poverty, and education level does not affect poverty. F test results show PDRB, Total Population, and Education Level simultaneously to Poverty. Keywords: GRDP, Total Population, Education Level, Povert
