State University of Jakarta. 2018 This research aims to examine the effects which given by Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index and Good Corporate Governance on Firm Values at LQ45 companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during period 2013-2017. This research done with quantitative approach and finding the effect direction using ordinary least square. Data in this research obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange and companie’s official website in the form of annual report and sustainability report. Dependent variable in this research measured using Tobin’s Q, while independent variable in this research is corporate social responsibility disclosure index which measured using GRI4 index, and good corporate governance that investigated is managerial ownership. This research also including profitability as moderation variable. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The results of the effect of independent variables on firm value as follows: (i) corporate social responsibility disclosure given’t significant effect, (ii) managerial ownership has a significant effect, (iii) corporate social responsibility disclosure, moderated by profitability can’t weaken or strengthen the effect on firm value; and (iv) managerial ownership which is moderated by profitability can strengthen the relationship to the firm value.
