This Scientific Work is based on the number of business actors applying for working capital loans to Banks in order to develop their business. Then keep in mind how the stages undertaken by the Bank until the working capital credit is given to the debtor. And steps taken by the Bank to handle if there is a credit problem due to the provision of working capital credit. This scientific work is written based on the results of interviews conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta 1. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. From the results of this study can be concluded that the procedure of working capital loans conducted by PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Jakarta 1 has been carried out with good stages in accordance with the rules according to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). However, for the credit analysis stage the assessment with the 5C principle has not been done in depth. Then the handling efforts made by the Bank is correct and correct only that the step is not fully able to overcome the occurrence of nonperforming loans due to debtors who have no good faith or business that has suffered huge losses.
