HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSEP DIRI DAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA DI SMK NEGERI 46 JAKARTA

Jakarta; Program Studi Pendidikan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2018 This study aims ti obtain empirical data and fact that are appropriate, valid and realible and about the correlation between Self Concept and Learning Discipline in Academic Achievement in Student SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. This research was held at SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. For months starting from May-June. The reseach method is survey with correlation approach, the population are student of SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. Use simple random technique sampling 116 students. Meanwhile, the analysis technique of this reseach use simple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study shows that: (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between self on academic achievement, this hypothesis is proved by thitung 8,181 > ttable 1,981. (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between learning discipline on academic achievement, this hypothesis is proved by thitung 8,042 > ttable 1,981. The simple regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 24,606 + 0,711 X1 and Ŷ = 38,466 + 0,441 X2. The correlation between self concept on academic achievement is obtained from the correlation coeffisient is 0,075. So the ability of the self concept variabel to explain academic achievement from the determination coefficient is 43,2% in partial. The correlation between learning discipline and academic achievement is obtained from the correlation coeffisient is 0,077. So the ability of learning discipline variabel to explain academic achievement from the determination coefficient is 36,2% in partial, while another influence by other factors outside of this research.
