State University of Jakarta. 2018 This study aims to determine whether there is influence of achievement motivation and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of economic subjects in students of class XI IIS in SMA Negeri 3 Depok. The basis of this study is because of the achievement motivation that students have and the learning facilities provided by the school directly related to the students. The results of study in place of research has a value that is still low seen through the results of daily test 1 and daily test 2. In obtaining research results, this study used multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that partially achievement motivation has a significant influence on learning outcomes. Furthermore, partially learning facilities have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Simultaneously achievement motivation and learning facility have influence equal to 71,7%. The implication in this research is the impetus to increase achievement motivation and improvement of learning facility in order to obtain maximum learning result.
