This study aims to determine whether there is an The Influence of Learning Discipline and Peer Environtment on Learning Achievement of Student Class X Administration Office in SMKN 25 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months from April to June 2018. The reasearch method is survey with correlational approach. The population affordability is all students from X Office Administration SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta which amounted to 72 students. The sample used in this research was 58 students using proportional random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Learning Achievement) and variable X1 (Learning Discipline) are secondary data, while variable X2 (Peer Environtment) is primary data. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 version. The results of F test in ANOVA table produces Farithmetic 25,716 > Ftable 3,16, this means learning discipline and peer environtment simultaneously positively influence the learning achievement. The T test produces tarithmetic X1 5,312 > ttable 1,673 and tarithmetic X2 4,936 > ttable 1,673. Then regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 65,626 + 0,690 X1 + 0,086 X2. The dependent variable depends on the value of determination coefficient (R square) which is 48,3%while the rest is 51,7% is influenced by other independent variables that are not researched. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive and significant influence between learning discipline and peer environtment on learning achievement of student class X administration office in SMKN 25 Jakarta.
