This study aims to determine the effect of Role Conflict and Role Ambiguity on Job Satisfaction at employees of PT. Serasi Tunggal Mandiri in South Jakarta. This research was conducted from February to May 2018. The research method used is survey method. The research population 160 employees of PT. Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, and the sample used in this research is as many as 110 employees by using simple random sampling. The data of variable Y (Job Satisfaction), X1 (Role Conflict), and X2 (Role Ambiguity) are the primary data by using Likert scale model. Data analysis technique using SPSS ...
