This article emerges from the necessity to overcome the lack of conceptual definition which will be confronted in the near future in the world of business management, and turned out to be a bibliographical review using documentary and qualitative research methods in reference to recent tendencies in management. It focuses attention on past, present and future tasks and their contemporary influence in determining organizational culture, and how this new perceptual phenomenon of post-management in the new century, with its quotas of conceptual deficit, will affect the organizational and corporate culture.
