A presen?a da mulher no exerc?cio profissional da engenharia agron?mica: uma an?lise na regi?o das Miss?es do RS

The present work of conclusion of course approaches the presence in spaces of the exercise of the agronomic engineering profession, in the region of Rio Grande do Sul, from the reading reference of the sexual division of labor. The research of women as an engineer has become an object of study in recent years, considering the importance of a cultural approach, mainly in the northwest region of RS. The masculinization of the class occurs, among other factors, from the process of division of labor and agriculture, after a few years, the number of women in agriculture, consequently often taking the space of women as an agronomist, works in the his career by masculinization of the area of activity. In the present, work a bibliographical research on the gender inequality and a profession of engineer with the participation of the women, as well as their participation in the agribusiness. The general objective of the research is a series of nutritional resources in the municipalities of the Metropolitan Region of Miss?es / RS, where the information on Municipalities, Agricultural Cooperatives and Municipal Offices of EMATER is located. As methodological methods they used the hypothetical-deductive modeling method and as methods of conjugation-historical and statistical. The results indicate a large difference in performance between men and women. It is noteworthy that the majority of agronomic engineers working in our region are men, 51 in total, and a small number of women, only 5, work in agricultural cooperatives and EMATER offices. Seeking an opportunity to improve the field of action of women in order to improve working conditions, aiming at gender equality within the profession. There is a great search for the woman in the profession, the search for the continuous recognition and the fight for the right in the areas of performance.O presente trabalho de conclus?o de curso aborda a presen?a feminina em espa?os do exerc?cio da profiss?o da engenharia agron?mica, na Regi?o das Miss?es do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, a partir da refer?ncia de leitura da divis?o sexual do trabalho. A atua??o da mulher como engenheira agr?noma vem tornando-se objeto de estudo nos ?ltimos anos, por isso a import?ncia de uma pesquisa mais profunda sobre o tema, sua inser??o no mundo do trabalho, tendo em vista que a agronomia ? culturalmente definida como masculina, principalmente na regi?o noroeste do RS. A masculiniza??o da profiss?o ocorre, dentre outros fatores, a partir do processo da divis?o do trabalho e a condu??o da agricultura feita somente por homens h? muitos anos, reduzindo o n?mero de mulheres na agricultura, consequentemente tirando muitas vezes o espa?o da mulher como engenheira agr?noma, a atuar na sua profiss?o pela masculiniza??o da ?rea de atua??o. No presente trabalho fez-se uma pesquisa de cunho bibliogr?fico sobre a desigualdade de g?nero e a profiss?o de Engenheiro Agr?nomo com a participa??o das mulheres, bem como sua participa??o no agroneg?cio. O objetivo geral da pesquisa ? avaliar onde a mulheres engenheiras agr?nomas atuam nos 26 munic?pios da Regi?o das Miss?es/RS, local de obten??o dos dados junto ?s Prefeituras, Cooperativas Agr?colas e escrit?rios municipais da EMATER. Como ferramentas metodol?gicas utilizaram-se o m?todo de abordagem hipot?tico-dedutivo e como m?todos de procedimento conjugam-se o hist?rico e o estat?stico. Os resultados apontam a grande diferen?a de atua??o entre homens e mulheres. Destaca-se que a maioria de engenheiros agr?nomos que atuam na nossa regi?o s?o homens, 51 no total, e um pequeno n?mero de mulheres, apenas 5, atuam em cooperativas agr?colas e escrit?rios da EMATER. Buscando a hip?tese de melhoria do campo de atua??o das mulheres engenheiras agr?nomas, tendo uma melhor visibilidade dentro da agricultura, mais oportunidades e condi??es de trabalho, visando a igualdade de g?nero dentro da profiss?o. H? ent?o a import?ncia de uma maior valoriza??o da mulher na profiss?o, a busca pelo reconhecimento cont?nuo e pela luta de g?nero nas ?reas de atua??o
