The objective of this research is to analyze municipal preschool and basic education teachers' continuous training when it comes to public policies field. Furthermore, it also studies the teachers' and the professionals' conceptions as they are responsible for elaborating the continuous training, comparing the study through some questionnaires and interviews applied in two municipalities of the Alto Uruguai region. The study temporal cut was based in the last two years. In the other hand, in order to know the continuous training history and its relevant productions of this decade, the theoretical research was based in the last 10 years.
