Sucess?o familiar em propriedades rurais do munic?pio de Cerro Largo-RS

The familiar farming has undergone great transformations, many relatives are leaving the rural zone, which increases the rural exodus, and consequently, the not succession in many rural properties. The following Completion of Course Work of Administration aimed to identify the importance of familiar farming, through a study of familiar succession at three rural properties of Cerro Largo ?RS municipality. This study?s goal is analyze the factors that generate similarities or differences on the hereditary evolution process at familiar rural properties and its implications on the succession process of properties from the municipality Cerro Largo-RS. As a general question, this study inquires: what are the factors that restrict the succession process of the familiar rural properties at Cerro Largo-RS municipality? In order to reach the proposed goal and to answer the study?s problem, a qualitative approach and descriptive study was developed, whose sample was a non-probabilistic by convenience one, and the collection data instrument was a semi structured questionnaire applied to three familiar rural properties where parents and their children reside. It was noticed that the three properties have different characteristics; one of it where the son have not decided if remains or not at the property, other where there is no evidence if there will be a succession, and the other one, where the son probably will continue on the property, occurring, on this case, succession. It was noted that the family members, which property there is no evidence of succession and on which property the son has not yet decided if remains, consider that familiar farming do not provide the same economic benefits as an outside job, in other words, salaried job. In their understanding the familiar farming is not structured to maintain, economically, the successor?s future. However, the family which succession is about to happen, consider that rural zone has its possibilities, as long as a well defined and structured management of work exists, so that the property could provide a quality life to its members as like or even better then provided to people who lives at urban zone. Este Trabalho de Conclus?o de Curso de Administra??o buscou identificar a import?ncia da agricultura familiar, por meio do estudo da sucess?o familiar, em tr?s propriedades rurais do munic?pio de Cerro Largo-RS. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar os fatores que geram semelhan?as e diferen?as no processo de evolu??o heredit?ria das propriedades rurais familiares e suas implica??es no processo sucess?rio das propriedades do munic?pio de Cerro Largo-RS. A presente pesquisa tem como quest?o geral, quais os fatores que restringem o processo de sucess?o nas propriedades rurais familiares do munic?pio de Cerro Largo-RS? Para que o objetivo proposto pudesse ser atingido e o problema do estudo fosse respondido, utilizou-se a pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa de car?ter descritivo, cuja amostra foi n?o probabil?stica por conveni?ncia, sendo que o instrumento de coleta de dados utilizado foi o question?rio semiestruturado em tr?s propriedades rurais familiares, com os pais e filhos que residem nas mesmas. O que se notou ? que as tr?s propriedades t?m caracter?sticas diferentes; uma em que o filho n?o est? decidido se permanece ou n?o na propriedade, outra em que n?o h? ind?cios de que haver? a sucess?o, e a outra em que o filho, muito provavelmente, ir? dar continuidade a propriedade, ocorrendo a sucess?o. O que se notou ? que os integrantes das fam?lias, cuja propriedade em que n?o h? ind?cios de sucess?o e cuja propriedade em que o filho n?o se decidiu se permanece, consideram que a propriedade n?o consegue proporcionar os mesmos benef?cios econ?micos que o trabalho fora dela, ou seja, assalariado. Eles entendem que essas propriedades n?o est?o estruturadas para conseguir manter, economicamente, seu futuro sucessor. No entanto, a fam?lia que est? vivendo a sucess?o em sua propriedade considera que o meio rural tem possibilidades, desde que haja uma estrutura de gest?o e de trabalho bem definidas, de dar qualidade de vida a seus integrantes do mesmo modo ou at? melhor do que pessoas que vivem no meio urbano. Por isso, entende-se que est? conseguindo fazer com que haja futuros sucessores
