A inclus?o do aluno com defici?ncia no ensino regular: benef?cios ou desvantagens para com seus colegas de turma

The present study discusses the inclusion of students with disabilities in regular education addressing what are the benefits or drawbacks to this inclusion and how this leads to the development of the class, in relation to colleagues. This study arose from experiences in stages and discussions in the curricular components of the course degree in Pedagogy. The objective of this study is to analyze positive and negative points that children without disabilities will have to share the same school space with children with disabilities. From the interest in the matter raised seek studies of qualitative research in bibliographical references concerning the topic. In the face of the analyzes performed during the study, we found indications of some disadvantages for students with disabilities in the face of the shortage in innovate pedagogical practices. However, the inclusion in the sense of interaction between subjects with and without disabilities is being significant for all to develop subject capable of living in groups, accepting the differences, allowing the exploitation of human beings. We conclude that the exchanges between people with and without disabilities are profitable from the moment in which they can grow together, becoming subject reflective, assuming different roles, learning to respect differences, narrowing the space between the different and considered "normal".O presente trabalho discute a inclus?o do aluno com defici?ncia no ensino regular abordando quais s?o os benef?cios ou desvantagens dessa inclus?o e como isso acarreta no desenvolvimento da turma, em rela??o aos colegas. Este estudo surgiu a partir de experi?ncias vivenciadas em est?gios e debates realizados nos componentes curriculares do curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia. O objetivo do presente trabalho ? analisar pontos positivos e negativos que crian?as sem defici?ncia ter?o ao compartilhar do mesmo espa?o escolar com crian?as com defici?ncia. A partir do interesse no assunto abordado buscamos estudos de cunho qualitativo em pesquisas bibliogr?ficas referentes ao tema. Diante das an?lises realizadas ao longo do trabalho, encontramos indica??es de algumas desvantagens aos alunos com defici?ncia diante da car?ncia em inovar as pr?ticas pedag?gicas. No entanto, a inclus?o no sentido de intera??o entre os sujeitos com e sem defici?ncia est? sendo significativa para todos no sentido de desenvolvimento de sujeitos capazes de conviver em grupos, aceitando as diferen?as, oportunizando a valoriza??o do ser humano. Conclu?mos que as trocas entre as pessoas com e sem defici?ncia s?o proveitosas a partir do momento em que as mesmas podem crescer juntas, tornando-se sujeitos reflexivos, assumindo pap?is diferentes, aprendendo a respeitar as diferen?as, estreitando o espa?o entre o diferente e o considerado ?normal?
