Conhecimento de prim?paras sobre a viol?ncia obst?trica

The increase in cases of obstetric violence caused this issue gained prominence in the media and today is considered one of the most violence leaves psychological scars on its victims. This project aimed to analyze the knowledge of primiparas on obstetric violence, from their experience, in Chapec? / SC. This was a study of qualitative approach, descriptive and exploratory. The survey was conducted in the Integrated North Health Center. The study data were collected in October and November, through semi-structured interviews carried out at home first calf at a date and time indicated by them. All interviews were recorded with a digital recorder type mp3 player and were later transcribed. The analysis of the data was in accordance with thematic analysis proposed by Bardin. The study complied with the ethical aspects according to the number of Resolution 466 of 2012, the National Health Council, which involves research on human beings, being approved by the Ethics of the Federal University of South Border Committee under CAEE 33711814.5.0000.5564 number. The study included four primiparous registered at the Health Unit where the study was performed, with a mean age of 21.25 years; 75% completed high school (high school) and 25% were nearing completion; three interviewed exercised paid work with employment and only exercised selfemployment; two maintained a stable relationship with a partner, one was married and one was single. Data analysis resulted in a theme, being: obstetric violence. As a result, there is a knowledge gap that gilts have on the subject obstetric violence and what constitutes acts of violence during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Still, it is believed that this gap by first calf is given mainly by the lack of information provided by health agencies during this period as well as the popular information vehicles and also by cultural influences, to accept things as they always were. With this work we expect a contribution on the identification of obstetric violence and thus help to women who have suffered and are suffering from this type of violence to claim for dignified care in order to create opportunities for their empowerment, ensuring they respect and dignity, and a humanized care.O aumento dos casos de viol?ncia obst?trica fez com que esse assunto ganhasse destaque na m?dia e, hoje, ? considerada uma das viol?ncias que mais deixa marcas psicol?gicas nas suas v?timas. O presente projeto visou analisar o conhecimento de mulheres prim?paras sobre a viol?ncia obst?trica, a partir de sua viv?ncia, no munic?pio de Chapec?/SC. Tratou-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo descritivo e explorat?rio. A pesquisa foi realizada no Centro Integrado de Sa?de Norte. Os dados do estudo foram coletados nos meses de outubro e novembro, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, realizada no domic?lio das prim?paras, em data e hora indicada por elas. Todas as entrevistas foram registradas com um gravador digital do tipo mp3 player e, posteriormente, foram transcritas. A an?lise dos dados coletados se deu de acordo com an?lise tem?tica proposta por Bardin. O estudo respeitou os aspectos ?ticos de acordo com a Resolu??o de n?mero 466 de 2012, do Conselho Nacional de Sa?de, o qual envolve pesquisas com seres humanos, sendo aprovado pelo Comit? de ?tica da Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul sob n?mero CAEE 33711814.5.0000.5564. Participaram do estudo quatro prim?paras cadastradas na Unidade de Sa?de onde foi realizada a pesquisa, com idade m?dia de 21,25 anos; 75% conclu?ram o ensino m?dio (segundo grau) e 25% estava em fase de conclus?o; tr?s entrevistadas exerciam trabalho remunerado com v?nculo empregat?cio e apenas uma exercia trabalho aut?nomo; duas mantinham uni?o est?vel com o parceiro, uma estava casada e uma estava solteira. A an?lise dos dados resultou em um tema, sendo ele: viol?ncia obst?trica. Como resultados, destaca-se a lacuna de conhecimento que as prim?paras possuem sobre o tema viol?ncia obst?trica e o que constitui atos de viol?ncia durante o per?odo grav?dicopuerperal. Ainda, acredita-se que essa lacuna por parte das prim?paras se d?, principalmente, pela falta de informa??o disponibilizada pelos ?rg?os de sa?de no decorrer desse per?odo, bem como dos ve?culos de informa??es populares e, tamb?m, por influ?ncias culturais, de aceitar as coisas como elas sempre foram. Com a realiza??o deste trabalho espera-se uma contribui??o quanto ? identifica??o da viol?ncia obst?trica e, desta forma, aux?lio ?s mulheres que sofreram e sofrem este tipo de viol?ncia a reivindicarem por uma assist?ncia digna no sentido de criar possibilidades para o seu empoderamento, garantindo-lhes o respeito e a dignidade, al?m de um cuidado humanizado
