Plano de neg?cios para abertura de uma empresa de manufatura reversa de e-lixo

Currently at the global level, there is a growing concern about the scarcity of natural resources, to the detriment of the accentuated consumerism caused by the programmed obsolescence of electronic devices and even by psychological obsolescence. The large accumulation of discarded objects led to the creation of new regulatory laws and presented the opportunity to explore this new market. In developed countries, the reverse electronics manufacturing process is already consolidated, in Brazil it is still a recent process. From this, the opportunity to exploit this market arises through the planning of an enterprise that intends to carry out the reverse manufacture, transform the electronic waste into raw material and return it to the industry, avoiding the withdrawal of more raw material from the nature. As a result, the overall objective of this project is to develop a business plan for the opening of a reverse manufacturing company in the northwest region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The business plan allows the entrepreneur to expand his knowledge about the business, besides ordering the steps for the implantation and to evaluate the feasibility and probability of success of the enterprise. The study is of a qualitative nature through the research of interviews with private companies, educational institutions and recycling companies to know the market in greater depth and to absorb detailed information of the context. The results showed that it is a market with growth potential, and can be exploited through market development strategies. The financial results can be promising, achieving positive results in the medium term. The elaborate business plan showed that the venture is feasible. However, the study and planning of the enterprise must be constant, new studies must be developed in the course of the entrepreneurial process to expand the business and maintain the desired growth.Atualmente, na esfera mundial, existe uma crescente preocupa??o com a escassez dos recursos naturais, em detrimento do consumismo acentuado ocasionado pela a obsolesc?ncia programada dos aparelhos eletroeletr?nicos e at? mesmo pela obsolesc?ncia psicol?gica. O aglomerado de objetos descartados, ocasionou a cria??o de novas Leis regulamentares e apresentou a oportunidade de explorar este novo mercado. Nos pa?ses desenvolvidos, o processo de manufatura reversa de eletr?nicos j? est? consolidado, no Brasil ainda ? um processo recente. A partir disso, surge a oportunidade de explorar este mercado por meio do planejamento de um empreendimento que visa realizar a manufatura reversa e transformar o lixo eletroeletr?nico novamente em mat?ria-prima e devolv?-lo a ind?stria, evitando a retirada de mais mat?ria-prima da natureza. Por conta disso, o objetivo geral deste projeto ? elaborar um plano de neg?cios para abertura de empresa de manufatura reversa na regi?o noroeste do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. O plano de neg?cios permite ao empreendedor expandir seus conhecimentos acerca do neg?cio, al?m de ordenar os passos para a implanta??o e avaliar a viabilidade e probabilidade de sucesso do empreendimento. O estudo ? de natureza qualitativa por buscar por meio de entrevistas com empresas privadas, institui??es de ensino e empresas de reciclagem conhecer o mercado com maior profundidade e absorver informa??es detalhadas do contexto. Os resultados apresentaram que ? um mercado com potencial de crescimento, podendo ser explorado por meio de estrat?gias de desenvolvimento de mercado. Os resultados financeiros podem ser promissores, alcan?ando resultados positivos em m?dio prazo. O plano de neg?cios elaborado demonstrou que o empreendimento ? vi?vel. Contudo, o estudo e planejamento do empreendimento deve ser constante, novos estudos devem ser desenvolvidos no decorrer do processo de empreendimento para expandir o neg?cio e manter o crescimento desejado
