Taking into account the importance of the right doctrine and ethical doctrine in Kantian philosophy, the work will aim to research the need of law in Kant through the relationship between ethics and law, as this relationship is not very clear and favorable that the interpretation the need and the right of the plea be accomplished in several ways. Thus, since the doctrine of the law contributed, for example, to the political philosophy of Kant, and therefore has great impact on the Kantian philosophy, the works of Kant and some commentators in order to understand this paradox between the relations will be analyzed and contributions from the two doctrines, ethics and law, trying to understand what the real needs of law in relation to ethics.Levando em considera??o a import?ncia da doutrina do direito e da doutrina ?tica na filosofia kantiana, o trabalho tem como objetivo pesquisar a necessidade do direito em Kant atrav?s da rela??o entre ?tica e direito, visto que essa rela??o n?o ? muito clara e prop?cia para que a interpreta??o da necessidade e do fundamento do direito seja realizada de diversas formas.
