Aten??o b?sica no munic?pio de ?urea-RS: territ?rio e territorializa??o?

This work aims to understand how occurred regionalization process of the Family Health Program in the city of Golden / RS, small town in the northern region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology was based on the different literature contributions on the concept of territory and territorial health policies and especially in studies by geographers who are engaged in analyzing the territorial approach in health policies and programs. The main categories of analysis were found regarding the Family Health Program as a new health care model in basic attention to organization of the Unified Health System in the territory. The research required a variety of methodological strategies such as: conducting a literature review in order to understand how geographers fall within the framework of analysis of the territorial approach in health policies, analysis of official documents on health policies and interviews with actors- key. With regard to the geographers of studies on the subject territory and territorial found out that there are few studies with different approaches, but significant to understand the territorial approach and the approach of geography and health. It was found that the PSF of the deployment process in the municipality was carried out without taking into account the characteristics of the population and their living conditions, and based on what precisely geographers criticize the delimitation of areas for implementation of policies and the territorialization as the description of the clientele based on maps that present limits of performance of health teams. The work shows that there have been important advances in the conduct and organization of the Unified Health System, with respect to primary health care and access to health services, however you still need further studies on the subject, in this sense the participation Geographer becomes paramount.Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal compreender como ocorreu a implementa??o do Programa Sa?de da Fam?lia no munic?pio de ?urea/RS, munic?pio este de pequeno porte, localizado na regi?o norte do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A metodologia se baseou nos diferentes aportes da literatura sobre o conceito de territ?rio e a territorializa??o nas pol?ticas de sa?de e principalmente em estudos realizados por Ge?grafos que se empenham em analisar a abordagem territorial nas pol?ticas e programas de sa?de. As principais categorias de an?lise encontradas foram a respeito do Programa Sa?de da Fam?lia como novo modelo de aten??o a sa?de no ?mbito da Aten??o B?sica para organiza??o do Sistema ?nico de Sa?de no territ?rio. A pesquisa demandou uma diversidade de estrat?gias metodol?gicas, tais como: realiza??o de revis?o bibliogr?fica buscando compreender como os ge?grafos se inserem no contexto de an?lise da abordagem territorial nas pol?ticas de sa?de, an?lise de documentos oficiais sobre politicas de sa?de e realiza??o de entrevistas com atores-chave. No que tange aos estudos de ge?grafos sobre a tem?tica territ?rio e territorializa??o constatou-se que ainda s?o poucos os estudos com abordagens diferenciadas, por?m significativas para compreender a abordagem territorial e a aproxima??o da geografia e sa?de. Verificou-se que o processo de implanta??o do PSF no munic?pio foi realizada sem levar em conta as caracter?sticas da popula??o e suas condi??es de vida, e baseou-se naquilo que justamente os ge?grafos criticam a delimita??o de territ?rios para operacionaliza??o das pol?ticas e a territorializa??o como a descri??o da clientela baseada em mapas que apresentam limites de atua??o das equipes de sa?de. O trabalho permite concluir que houve avan?os importantes na condu??o e organiza??o do Sistema ?nico de Sa?de, no que tange a aten??o b?sica e o acesso aos servi?os de sa?de, no entanto ainda ? necess?rio estudos mais aprofundados sobre o tema, neste sentido a participa??o do ge?grafo torna-se primordial
