Tecendo rela??es entre a forma??o de professores e o curr?culo para educa??o infantil

This paper reports the trajectory that the teaching profession in and for Infantile Education has traveled through the ages, in Brazil and especially in the city of Erechim / RS. Changes that weave relations with the Curriculum and that have added a series of advances. This study also seeks to present how much the changes occurred in Early Childhood Education influenced the life of the professionals who work in it and in the curriculum. This being the main focus of the present work, a space was specially devoted to an analysis of the reality found in the municipality of Erechim. The methodology developed in this work is based on a qualitative approach of bibliographical and documental research. The main objective of this study was to identify the changes that occurred in the process of teacher education and formation, observing the paths and strategies that led to the construction of a new curricular model for Early Childhood Education, especially in the city of Erechim / RS. The research results pointed out that, from the historical point of view, there is a significant advance in legislation when it recognized the need for a professional education that will work with Early Childhood Education, recognizing the right to quality education since the birth. This evolution occurred due to the need for a Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and how it has been worked on continuing teacher education. At the end of this Course Conclusion Work, it is evident that there have been several changes in relation to this important phase of Education, among them the GEEI Early Childhood Education Study Group, the Early Childhood Education Forum and the lectures developed about training And improvement of professionals working in this area, pointing to the need to broaden efforts in the search for qualified professionals and a renewed curriculum that addresses the needs of the individuals involved in this educational process.Este trabalho relata a trajet?ria que a profiss?o docente na e para Educa??o Infantil percorreu ao longo dos tempos, no Brasil e em especial na cidade de Erechim/RS. Mudan?as que teceram rela??es com o Curr?culo e que agregaram uma s?rie de avan?os. Este estudo busca ainda apresentar o quanto as modifica??es ocorridas na Educa??o Infantil influenciaram na vida dos profissionais que nela atuam e no curr?culo. Sendo este o enfoque principal do presente trabalho, dedicou-se especialmente um espa?o para uma an?lise da realidade encontrada no munic?pio de Erechim. A metodologia desenvolvida neste trabalho est? baseada em uma abordagem qualitativa da pesquisa bibliogr?fica e documental realizada. Teve como objetivo primordial de identificar as mudan?as ocorridas no processo de forma??o e constitui??o docente, observando os caminhos e estrat?gias que levaram ? constru??o de um novo modelo curricular para a Educa??o Infantil, principalmente na cidade de Erechim/RS. Os resultados da pesquisa apontaram que, ao olhar do ponto de vista hist?rico, observa-se um avan?o significativo da legisla??o quando esta reconheceu a necessidade de uma forma??o para o profissional que atuar? com a Educa??o Infantil, reconhecendo inclusive o direito ? educa??o de qualidade desde o nascimento. Essa evolu??o ocorreu em virtude da necessidade de um Curr?culo para a Educa??o Infantil e como ela vem sendo trabalhada na forma??o docente continuada. Ao findar este Trabalho de Conclus?o de Curso, fica evidente que v?rias foram as modifica??es em rela??o a essa fase t?o importante da Educa??o, dentre elas o Grupo de Estudo da Educa??o Infantil GEEI, o F?rum da Educa??o Infantil e as palestras desenvolvidas a cerca da capacita??o e aprimoramento dos profissionais que atuam nesta ?rea, apontando para a necessidade de ampliar esfor?os na busca de profissionais qualificados e de um Curr?culo renovado que contemple as necessidades dos indiv?duos envolvidos neste processo educativo
