The present monograph aims to understand how the financing process of the More Education Program, educational public policy proposed by the Federal Government from 2007. This is a qualitative documentary research carried out through the revision and selection of bibliographies In which the financing of Brazilian education was contextualized and the emergence of education policies related to integral education, followed by the analysis of a specific ministerial document, namely the Operational Manual of Integral Education. This analysis made possible a reflection and a greater understanding related to the problem in question.
