Escola Estadual Valentim Berto: da cria??o ? nuclea??o.

This work is a historical research about Public Schools Primary and Rural Multiseriated Unidocentes, having as object of study the Valentim Berto School, currently belonging to the municipality of Ponte Preta - RS. The methodology refers to documentary research in educational standards, school documents object of study, as well as analysis of relevant literature on the subject. In addition to these procedures, we have an interview with a former teacher of the institution, who worked at the school for the entire period of operation of the same. The primary objective of the research refers to research and discuss public policies for Rural Education that allowed the creation of rural schools, their nucleation and subsequent extinction of the establishment. Sought throughout the study discuss the historical context in which it arises Valentim Berto School , showing characteristics for the period it has been in operation and discuss the historical context of the time it ended its activities. To answer such questions, consult some documents of the Brazilian Educational Legislation; then undertook a study of the 1950 what it refers to rural education , and the establishment of schools in rural areas; later, we are dedicated to research on the emergence, operation and closure of Valentim Berto School in the documents of the institution as well as the interview. Finally, we look at the school nucleation occurred from 1970 process and we suggest as a proposal for the rural population the paradigm of rural education. From the study, we realized that the rural public primary education was relegated to the ashes of the educational project for a long period and, when implemented, was geared to urban and industrial development project in the country. Regarding School Valentim Berto, could ratify the hypothesis of whether it is an institution created by the project of ?Brizoletas? the governor Leonel de Moura Brizola, who after 31 years of operation, was closed due to public policies nucleation of rural schools.Este trabalho trata de uma pesquisa hist?rica a cerca das Escolas P?blicas Prim?rias Rurais Multisseriadas e Unidocentes, tendo como objeto de estudo a Escola Valentim Berto, pertencente atualmente ao munic?pio de Ponte Preta ? RS. A metodologia utilizada se refere ? pesquisa documental em normas educacionais, documentos da escola objeto de estudo, assim como, a an?lise de bibliografia especializada no assunto. Aliado a estes procedimentos, contamos com uma entrevista realizada com um ex-professor da institui??o, que atuou na escola durante todo o per?odo de funcionamento da mesma. O objetivo primordial da pesquisa se refere a investigar e discutir as pol?ticas p?blicas de Educa??o Rural que permitiram a cria??o das escolas rurais, sua nuclea??o e posteriormente a extin??o do estabelecimento. Buscamos ao longo do estudo discutir o contexto hist?rico no qual surge a Escola Valentim Berto, evidenciando caracter?sticas referentes ao per?odo em que esteve em funcionamento e, discutir a conjuntura hist?rica do momento em que encerrou suas atividades. Para atender tais questionamentos, consultamos alguns documentos da Legisla??o Educacional Brasileira; em seguida empreendemos um estudo acerca dos anos de 1950 ao que se refere ? educa??o rural e, a cria??o de escolas no meio rural; posteriormente, dedicamo-nos ? pesquisa do surgimento, funcionamento e fechamento da Escola Valentim Berto nos documentos da institui??o, bem como a entrevista realizada. Por fim, atentamos ao processo de nuclea??o escolar ocorrido a partir de 1970 e, sugerimos como proposta para a popula??o rural o paradigma da educa??o do campo. A partir do estudo realizado, percebemos que a educa??o p?blica prim?ria rural foi relegada as cinzas do projeto educacional por um longo per?odo e, quando implementada, esteve voltada ao projeto urbano e industrial de desenvolvimento do pa?s. Em rela??o ? Escola Valentim Berto, foi poss?vel ratificar a hip?tese de se tratar de uma institui??o criada pelo projeto das ?Brizoletas? do governador Leonel de Moura Brizola, que ap?s 31 anos de funcionamento, foi fechada devido ?s pol?ticas p?blicas de nuclea??o de escolas rurais
