Comportamento do consumidor: an?lise de influ?ncia da fam?lia nos h?bitos de compra de artefatos ga?chos

This work analyzes the influence that the family plays in the buying habits of products linked to gaucho culture. For this, explores concepts of consumer behavior, the influence of culture and family consumption, and traditionalism. The research is qualitative in nature, characterized as descriptive, whose study participants are the families in the municipalities of Salvador das Miss?es - RS and S?o Pedro do Butia - RS, and entrepreneurs operating in the traditionalists artifacts of Cerro Largo municipality. Data collection was made through semi-structured interviews and for the interpretation of these was used content analysis. It was deduced that companies of gauchos artifacts investigated provide access to the gaucho culture for its consumers, and that the family is a major influence in the buying process, and women are the main customers It was also found that the gauchos consumers are passionate about this tradition, and the beginning of this consumer behavior arises from the family, assisting and passing the tradition to younger generations. It also emerged that the gauchos consumers place a high value on tradition, and feel true love for all aspects connected to their culture, and this tradition has influenced the consumption of these gauchos artifacts. Similarly, the daily contact with aspects and gaucho customes help to keep alive the traditionalism. Based on the results of this work, it can be stated that the consumption of products related to the gaucho culture emerges of family and traditions bases.Este estudo objetiva analisar a influ?ncia que a fam?lia exerce nos h?bitos de compra de produtos ligados a cultura ga?cha. Para isso, exploram-se conceitos sobre comportamento do consumidor, a influ?ncia da cultura e da fam?lia no consumo, e o tradicionalismo. A pesquisa ? de natureza qualitativa, sendo caracterizada como descritiva, tendo como popula??o fam?lias dos munic?pios de Salvador das Miss?es ? RS e S?o Pedro do Buti? ? RS, e empres?rias que atuam no ramo de artefatos tradicionalistas do munic?pio de Cerro Largo. A coleta de dados foi feita por meio de entrevistas individuas semi-estruturadas, e para a interpreta??o destas foi utilizada a an?lise de conte?do. Conclui-se que as empresas de artefatos ga?chos investigadas disponibilizam acesso ? cultura ga?cha para os seus consumidores, sendo que a fam?lia ? uma grande influenciadora no processo de compra, e as mulheres s?o as principais clientes. Contatou-se tamb?m que os consumirdes ga?chos s?o apaixonados por essa tradi??o, sendo que o princ?pio deste comportamento de consumo surge da fam?lia, auxiliando em compras e repassando a tradi??o para gera??es mais novas. Verifica-se tamb?m que os consumidores ga?chos d?o grande valor ? tradi??o, e sentem um verdadeiro amor por todos os aspectos ligados a sua cultura, sendo que a partir desta tradi??o tem-se o consumo destes artefatos ga?chos. Do mesmo modo, os contatos di?rios com aspectos e costumes ga?chos auxiliam a manter vivo o tradicionalismo. Baseando-se nos resultados deste estudo, pode-se afirmar que o consumo de produtos ligados ? cultura ga?cha emerge sim das bases familiares e suas tradi??es
