Penerapan Peraturan Daerah Kota Surakarta Nomor 3 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pengelolaan Pedagang Kaki Lima (Studi Kasus Di Pasar Klithikan Notoharjo Relokasi Pedagang Kaki Lima Dari Monumen 45 Kecamatan Banjarsari Kota Surakarta)

This study aims to describe the application of Surakarta City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2008 concerning Management of Street Vendors with observation points in the Surakarta Notoharjo Market. This study took the subject of traders and market officers. This study examines the impact and solutions of these Regional Regulations. This research uses a qualitative approach, the method used is observation, interview and documentation. The triangulation used in this study is triangulation of data sources and triangulation of data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the success rate of implementing this Regional Regulation is very high, it is proven that a lot of the contents of the regulation have been implemented. The obstacles faced at the most are in locations, ranging from parking to the environment on the market. The solution offered is by structuring and communicating between traders and officers who must be immediately responded to by the Surakarta City Governmen
