The objective of this study are 1) to know the problem faced by the Indonesian language teacher in SMP Negeri 2 Gatak on the implementation of 2013 curriculum. 2) to know the effort did by the Indonesian language teacher of SMP Negeri 2 Gatak to face the problem on the implementation of curriculum 2013. This research is qualitative research. The data used on this research are the result of interview and documentation get from the observation from source (teacher and principle of SMP Negeri 2 Gatak).
