Pelaksanaan Peningkatan Status Tanah dari Hak Guna Bangunan menjadi Hak Milik (Studi di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Surakarta)

Then what the applicant must know before submitting an application is that each land parcel may not be more than 2000 M2, this is mentioned in article 4 paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Agrarian State Minister / Head of National Land Agency number 6 of 1998. This limit only applies to applications for Freehold that all land or a large portion of the land is used for Residential Houses. Approaching method that used is jutidical empiric, the variation of method that used is descriptive. Kind of data that used consist of primary and secondary data. Interview and study document is the method to collecting data, then analyzed using qualitative analysis
