Introduction: The ability of language to communicate with others is also a combination of everything related to motor skills, psychology, and protection. Preschool age is the stage that occurs when children aged 3 to 6 years. In everyday life not all parenting is done by parents but also taken care of by parents. Test the language of children with the DDST (Denver Developmental Screening Test) test. Objectives: 1) study the language development of preschoolers raised by their own parents. 2) learn the language development of preschool preschoolers cared for by parents. 3) Comparing the differences in the language skills of preschoolers raised with parents Research Methods: the method used is descriptive comparative. Responding to 53 children, in the election using simple random sampling technique. Data collection using DDST (Denver Developmental Screening Test) sheet. Data analysis using Mann Whitney Test.
