This study aims to: 1) find out the relationship between job satisfaction and performance, 2) determine the level of job satisfaction, 3) know the level of performance. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and performance. The Quota Sampling technique is used for sampling in this study. The method of data collection uses a quantitative approach with measuring instruments in the form of job satisfaction scale questionnaires and performance appraisal forms.
