This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the responsibilities of each party in buying and selling online and protecting consumers in buying and selling online. The approach method used is a normative juridical approach method. The type of research used by the author is to use a type of descriptive research. And the buyer's responsibility is to provide a price payment in accordance with the agreement. Then the protection of consumers in buying and selling online is to get goods or services that are in accordance with the conditions, get clear information about the goods, get the protection properly and get compensation.
