Evaluasi Drug Related Problems (DRPs) Pada Pasien Tukak Peptik di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Tahun 2017

Peptic ulcer is gastric disorder caused by Helicobacter pylori infection and the side effect of NSAID use. Based on the latest report in 2014, the prevalence of H. pylori infection in Solo was 51.8%. The purpose of this study to determine potential Drug Related Problems (DRPs) in patients with peptic ulcer disease includes inaccuracy of treatment, dosage, and treatment duration. This is an observational research using purposive sampling method with retrospective, and descriptive data analysis. The data was analyzed by using SPM RSUD Dr. Moewardi, DIH 17th edition, Pharmacotherapy A Pathophysiologic Approach 10th edition, BNF 70th edition, BNFC 2015-2016. Based on the research, from 56 patients, the researcher found DRPs categories ; Inaccuracy of the drug of choice based on the guideline anti ulcer (0%), eradication H. pylori (100%), the appropriate drugs based on the guideline with contraindications (0%), inaccuracy of drugs combination in anti-ulcer (0%), eradication H. pylori (1,50%), inaccuracy of dose specifically over dosaging (36,84%), less dosaging (5,26%), over frequency (42,86%), less frequency (39,09%), inaccuracy of treatment duration (0%)
