Hubungan Antara Preeklamsia dan Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) dengan Kejadian Asfiksia pada Bayi Baru Lahir

Preeclampsia and Low Birth Weight (LBW) is one of the causes of asphyxia in infants. Asphyxia the first cause of perinatal and neonatal death Preeclampsia results in a decrease in uteroplacental perfusion due to hypertension and vasoconstriction, resulting in reduced blood supply to the baby and hypoxia, progression of LBW asphyxia The lung is not perfect so the baby lacks surfactant and causes asphyxia. This study is cross sectional. The study sample was taken from a population that had met the restriction criteria of 96 samples. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The results of the analysis were analyzed bivariately with rank Spearman and multivariate with logistic multiple linier. The results of the study showed that of 96 samples, there were 54 mother with mild preeclampsia, 40 babies born with low birth weight and there were 78 infants who had mildd asphyxia. From the result of rank spearman statistical tests there is a relationship between preeclampsia and the incidence of asphyxia in RSUD dr. Soeselo Tegal with a p value of 0, 034 < 0,05there is a relationship between LBW and the incidence of asphxyia with a p- value of 0,02 <0, 05. From the results of multiple liniear regresssion test, it was found that there was a relationship between preeclampsia and LBW inciden of asphxyxia in new borns with p value 0,000 < 0,05. There is a relationship beetween preeclampsia and the incidence of asphyxia in newborns. Where as in low birth weight babies there is no significant relationship
