Hubungan Jumlah Leukosit dan Trombosit terhadap Lama Rawat Inap Pasien DBD anak di RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever has become an international public health burden. Among those infected required hospital adminission and most were children. In Indonesia, the number of DHF cases has fluctuations every year. Increasing incidence of dengue virus infection become a major issues to public health and economic problems. To know the correlation of leukocyte and platelet counts with length of stay of hosputalization on children with DHF. Observational analytic research with cross sectional approach. Research subjects were chosen by purposive sampling method on children patients with DHF were hospitalized in RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo in January 2016 – September 2018 that have fulfilled restiction criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using linear regression test. There was 60 children patients with DHF were hospitalized. Based on multivariate analysis there is correlation between leukocyte and platelet counts with length of stay of hospitalization on children patients with DHF has correlation coefficient (r) = -0,338 and p = 0,004 for leukocyte count and correlation coefficient (r) -0,359 and p = 0,003 for platelet count. There was a stastically significant correlation between leukocyte and platelet counts with length of stay of hospitalization on children patients with DHF
