Hubungan Pengetahuan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) Vektor Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dan Kebiasaan Menggunakan Obat Anti Nyamuk pada Ayah dengan Keberadaan Jentik Nyamuk Aedes aegypti Di Blulukan Colomadu

Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a common case throughout Indonesia. The way to prevent dengue is to break the life cycle of the mosquito, especially in the larval stage. One way to prevent it is by mosquitos breeding eradication (PSN), which consists of draining the water reservoir, closing the water reservoir, burying used goods, and avoiding mosquito bites. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge on mosquitos breeding eradication (PSN) vector of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF/DBD) and habits using anti-mosquito in father with the existance of Aedes aegypti larva in Blulukan Colomadu Methods: Non experimental observational analytic research with cross sectional approach, sampling with simple random sampling of 49 respondents of consisting father as patriarch living in Blulukan Colomadu. Data obtained from primary data with questionnaire. StatistiCal analysis using Chi-square Results: A total of 49 respondents obtained value knowledge PSN DHF ρ = 1,000 and habits using anti-mosquito ρ = 0,093. Conclusion: Based on research that has been done can be concluded that knowledge PSN DHF and habits using anti-mosquito in father does not have relation with existence of larva Aedes aegypti
