Difusi Inovasi E-Learning (Studi Deskritif Kualitatif Tentang Inovasi E-learning SMA Batik 1 Surakarta)

The purpose of this study was to describe the factors of adoption of e-learning innovations in Surakarta Batik 1 SMA and to test the measurement model of the adoption of e-learning innovation in high schools in Surakarta. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods that describe or describe events and phenomena based on facts obtained from real data. Furthermore, it examines the problem, namely Diffusion of Innovation (Qualitative Descriptive Study of E-learning Innovation in Batik High School in Solo City). Data analysis techniques are deductive in that they depart from a theory and then prove by fact finding. The results of this study indicate applying E-Learning, there are at least three components that make up E-Learning, namely E-Learning Infrastructure, E-Learning Systems and applications, E-Learning Content. E-Learning as a learning medium that uses the internet certainly has advantages and disadvantages in applying it, some of the advantages of the E-Learning process are economical, accessible, efficient, interactive and collaborative, consistent, flexible, creative and independent. E-Learning can be accepted and adopted quickly because the user is motivated by the benefits while the disadvantages are about the lack of interaction between the teacher and students and also the constraints to the lack of internet networks. Not all internet facilities are available (maybe this is related to the availability of electricity, telephone, or computer). The E-Learning System developed is a web-based virtual education system that has the main objective to assist the process of teaching and learning activities. The role of conventional learning cannot be completely replaced by E-Learning
