The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Islamic work ethic had on the performance of workers at the Purwodadi Islamic Hospital. In this study, it was used to use data in an associative approach and to distribute questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were Purwodadi Islamic Hospital using the Slovin formula as a retrieval technique with respondents using Probability Sampling using the Radom Sampliing technique. The study uses data analysis methods that use simple linear regression analysis, by processing data using the help of the SPSS program application.
