Dukungan Orang Tua Pada Anak Korban Bullying

Parent support is urgently needed for children who have experienced the problem of bullying in rebuilding confidence in children after becoming a victim. Based on preliminary data obtained through interviews of researchers against the teacher at school X, BK that the impact experienced by victims of bullying that is the motivation of learning declined to do not want to attend school because of fear. Of the phenomenon, researchers want to understand how to support parents to children who are victims of bullying. The purpose of this research is to understand the support of parents on children victims of bullying from the aspect of emotional support, instrumental aspects, and aspects of informasional. The subject in this study amounted to 5 persons elected by purposive sampling criteria of parents who have children or students of junior high school age was 13-15 years old and had been the victim of bullying at school. Method of data collection in this study is an in-depth interview of semi structured. The results of this research show that the emotional support of parents that is listening to the complaints over their fate with a hug. Support award in children, approved the idea of children by believing in it. The instrumental support of the elderly, care for and meet the needs of the child. Support informasonal parents is ask children to avoid bullying and teach children to behave assertively when facing bullying
