Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi(Studi pada RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta dan RS Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta)

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of accounting information systems in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital and Orthopedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. Factors that can influence the performance of accounting information systems include user involvement, training and education programs, top management support, personal technical skills, formalization of system development, and organizational size. The population of this study were employees who used accounting information systems at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital and Orthopedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study is 44 samples. The primary data collection method used is a questionnaire survey. In this study, the hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that user involvement and top management support influences the performance of accounting information systems. Meanwhile, training and education programs, personal engineering skills, formalization of system development, and organizational size did not affect the performance of accounting information systems.
