This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of accounting information systems in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital and Orthopedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. Factors that can influence the performance of accounting information systems include user involvement, training and education programs, top management support, personal technical skills, formalization of system development, and organizational size.
